Any service or activity booked with Courchevel Aventure that has not been used by the client will not be reimbursed, nor will it be postponed or offered on another date, whatever the reason for cancellation by the client, and whatever the service.

In particular, any delay or no-show at the meeting point will result in the cancellation of the booking, and no request for reimbursement will be accepted for these two reasons.

Only the presentation of a medical certificate will entitle the customer to a refund for the service booked, and only for the person concerned by the certificate.

If the cancellation is the fault of THE COMPANY or one of its subcontractors, THE COMPANY will offer the customer the following three solutions:

  • Postponement to a later date (subject to availability for both parties)

  • Propose another activity (either an activity sold at an equivalent rate or an activity sold at a higher rate)

  • Full refund of the activity.

No claim based on any prejudice other than the amount paid by the CLIENT will be accepted. In the event of cancellation or postponement by Courchevel Aventure or one of its sub-contractors, no claim other than those proposed above may be made.

A request for compensation must be made using the "Complaints" form available on request from the COMPANY's sales outlets or by e-mail.

The request for compensation must reach us within 15 days of the reservation date.

For this compensation to be granted, the supporting documents (proof of payment, confirmation e-mail, etc.) together with the request for compensation must be handed in at the point of sale or sent to the COMPANY within two months of the service.

No compensation may be paid before the day scheduled for the activity for which the reservation was made.

All customers, whatever their age or status, are required to comply with basic safety rules and any instructions given by THE COMPANY's staff. Failure to comply with the safety rules and instructions may lead to the activity being discontinued and may under no circumstances give rise to recourse or compensation.
A customer who is unable to understand the safety rules, whether due to a disability, a lack of language skills, a state of inebriation or being under the influence of prohibited substances, will be refused the right to drive a snowmobile.
