These general terms and conditions of sale and use apply to all services offered by COURCHEVEL AVENTURE and are valid for the winter and summer seasons.

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be lacking, it shall be deemed to be governed by current practice in the sector and for companies having their registered office in France.

The language of the contractual documents is French.

The purchase of a service or activity offered by Courchevel Aventure implies the knowledge and acceptance by the person hereinafter referred to as the "CLIENT" of the entirety of these general terms and conditions of sale and use, without prejudice to the usual means of recourse.

It is the CUSTOMER's responsibility to obtain information on the products, prices and conditions offered by the company from our staff, at LA CROISETTE's physical point of sale or by referring to the brochure published by COURCHEVEL AVENTURE and on the web site. It is the customer's responsibility to select the most advantageous offers. The company may not be held responsible for the CUSTOMER's choice. No request for reimbursement, modification of date or timetable shall be possible after the purchase if the request is based on ignorance of the information as provided to the customer through its communication media. The public rates for the sale of activities are displayed at the COMPANY's points of sale. The prices also appear on the website and in the brochure, which is available at several points in Courchevel. These prices are expressed in euros and include all taxes.

Discounts offered to seasonal workers are only granted on presentation to the company's sales outlets, at the time of purchase, of proof of the said price advantage (Courchevel seasonal workers' card, employment contract or payslip).

No discount will be granted after purchase.

A booking will only be effective once full payment has been received.

An activity time slot or service cannot be booked until payment has been received.

Courchevel Aventure cannot be held responsible if a service cannot be provided or if an available time slot has to be allocated even though payment has not been made.

All bookings are subject to payment of the corresponding price. These payments are made either in cash, exclusively in euros, or by bank card accepted by the COMPANY (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or by ANCV holiday vouchers.

Our products and services can be purchased remotely: By logging on to the Internet address

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale as described above and below also apply to reservations and purchases made online.

Any service or activity booked with Courchevel Aventure that has not been used by the client will not be reimbursed, nor will it be postponed or offered on another date, whatever the reason for cancellation by the client, and whatever the service.

In particular, any delay or no-show at the meeting point will result in the cancellation of the booking, and no request for reimbursement will be accepted for these two reasons.

Only the presentation of a medical certificate will entitle the customer to a refund for the service booked, and only for the person concerned by the certificate.

If the cancellation is the fault of THE COMPANY or one of its subcontractors, THE COMPANY will offer the customer the following three solutions:

  • Postponement to a later date (subject to availability for both parties)

  • Propose another activity (either an activity sold at an equivalent rate or an activity sold at a higher rate)

  • Full refund of the activity.

No claim based on any prejudice other than the amount paid by the CLIENT will be accepted. In the event of cancellation or postponement by Courchevel Aventure or one of its sub-contractors, no claim other than those proposed above may be made.

A request for compensation must be made using the "Complaints" form available on request from the COMPANY's sales outlets or by e-mail.

The request for compensation must reach us within 15 days of the reservation date.

For this compensation to be granted, the supporting documents (proof of payment, confirmation e-mail, etc.) together with the request for compensation must be handed in at the point of sale or sent to the COMPANY within two months of the service.

No compensation may be paid before the day scheduled for the activity for which the reservation was made.

We are members of the association LA MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.
You can refer your case to them if no agreement has previously been reached.
MTV Médiation Tourisme Voyage - BP 80 303 - 75 823 Paris Cedex 17 or by logging on to the website.
If an amicable settlement cannot be found, any dispute must be brought before the competent courts.

All customers, whatever their age or status, are required to comply with basic safety rules and any instructions given by THE COMPANY's staff. Failure to comply with the safety rules and instructions may lead to the activity being discontinued and may under no circumstances give rise to recourse or compensation.
A customer who is unable to understand the safety rules, whether due to a disability, a lack of language skills, a state of inebriation or being under the influence of prohibited substances, will be refused the right to drive a snowmobile.

The company reserves the right to refuse any customer who has consumed alcohol or is under the influence of substances prohibited for driving a motorised vehicle (snowmobile, grooming machine). In this case, no postponement or refund will be offered to customers who have consumed alcohol.

In the event of material or physical damage caused during an activity offered by Courchevel Aventure, the CLIENT must immediately inform the staff supervising the activity and contact our La Croisette office. If necessary, he/she can fill in an accident declaration form.
